El fiscal Pollicita pidió medidas al juez luego de la presentación de Adorni.
1️⃣ Pide revisar toda su actividad desde 1998 para ver si aparecen esos 200 mil dólares de ahorro que dice haber invertido en Bitcoin. 2️⃣ Pide hacer una auditoría a las 8 billeteras de Bitcoin que presenta para comprobar "titularidad".
El fiscal le pide al al abogado de Adorni que vaya con una computadora propia y su perito de parte para que encripte con esas billeteras un mensaje que va a ser comprobado por Policía Federal Argentina.
No le veo sentido a esta prueba porque carece de argumento lógico para lo que Adorni quiere demostrar. A nivel jurídico desconozco si el fiscal está obligado a seguirle le corriente a Adorni y mandar a hacer estas comprobaciones periciales o si, al hacerlo, le está dando ya un principio de razonabilidad a la prueba presentad.
Esa prueba, que va a seguramente dar positivo, no demuestra titularidad en las fechas en que se habrían usado esas billeteras para comprar y vender 8 o 12 años atrás. Si judicialmente le dan esa prueba como válida dejaría un precedente extraño en el mundo cripto y hasta no se si no fomentaría el mercado de compra-venta de billeteras viejas para lavado de dinero. https://x.com/maxifirtman/status/2104591630225244261
