Connect Google Calendar and your meetings appear on the timeline beside your tasks, updating as they change on Google. Type /cal to book a new event without opening a browser, and it lands on your Google calendar too.
Work in 25 minute rounds. When one ends the 5 minute break starts itself, and a longer one follows every fourth round. The countdown sits in your menu bar while the overlay stays out of the way, and every finished round joins the Log, where the day you actually had reads back as a timeline.
File a task into the week without picking its day, then drag it onto a day as the week takes shape.
A time on a task is its reminder. It rings at that minute, with an alarm tone you choose.
