## @Ajibola_eth (🌱Gëñēräl Ajïbölá) · 09-21 15:14 · ♥70 ↻1 💬84 Putting Bitcoin into DeFi solves one problem: utility.
But there’s another question that deserves just as much attention:
How much of your activity do you want exposed while using that utility?
This is one reason I find strkBTC on @Starknet interesting.
You can bring BTC from Bitcoin into Starknet through Garden Finance and use strkBTC across DeFi for earning, lending, borrowing and trading.
But the design doesn’t stop at making BTC usable.
strkBTC also supports shielded mode for activities such as private swaps and staking.
That distinction matters.
Privacy in this context doesn’t mean pretending activity is invisible or untraceable. It means giving users another option when they want greater control over the visibility of certain onchain activity.
So there are really two sides to productive Bitcoin:
Utility: what can I actually do with my BTC?
Control: how much visibility do I want around certain things I do with it?
strkBTC brings those ideas together on Starknet.
And that’s a more interesting BTCFi conversation than simply asking how to make Bitcoin earn more.
Starktember is here. Time to shield your sats.

## @Bastiaan_ETH (Bitmine & ETH are friends) · 09-21 16:57 · ♥76 ↻13 💬3 🤔 CRYPTO THROWBACK WITH MASTERMIND TOM LEE!👇
Tom Lee, chairman of the biggest $ETH treasury $BMNR , just asked a trillion dollar question.
If for example gold itself becomes tokenized on Ethereum, will $BTC still be attractive as digital gold?
Tokenized gold moves faster, earns yield, lives inside DeFi, and furthermore becomes programmable collateral.
Tokenization will be a 5-6 trillion dollar market in 2030 according to Citigroup.
Ethereum is the base blockchain for that.
$ETH price will benefit the most and BitMine will explode!
Do you agree?😉 https://x.com/Bastiaan_ETH/status/2102079890522587268
## @lcx (LCX) · 09-21 15:12 · ♥71 ↻11 💬4 Most tokens do one thing. $LCX does not. It is the utility token running through everything LCX builds. Three pillars: DeFi with our own chain and DEX, a new US CEX, and tokenization of real-world assets.
One token, one ecosystem, one entry point. Here is what $LCX does in each. 🧵 https://x.com/lcx/status/2102053365501100176
## @andrewmoh (andrew.moh) · 09-21 15:53 · ♥71 ↻2 💬21 agree with @Mantle_Official.
the RWA race is a mutual win when more users can actually access tokenized assets.
mantle is one of the newer networks to adopt tokenized stocks from @xStocksFi.
listing them is the easy part. what makes them usable:
+ 24/7 trading (needs deep liquidity from @fluxionfi and atomic settlement via RFQ)
+ direct on/off-ramp path
+ plugs into DeFi venues
imo, these 3 decide whether it works as a business.
the numbers: distributed RWA value on mantle is close to $200m, already 2x its DeFi TVL.
➜ with easy access via Bybit, tokenized stocks are the best shot at driving real usage on mantle. > 引用 @Mantle_Official: Three tokenization models: native, custodial, structured notes.
Everyone's got good reasons behind each. A win regardless, as more users can access, trade and use these stocks onchain.
Model-agnostic by design, Mantle backs all three on the infra @xStocksFi already runs on. https://t.co/adWW1FweoT https://x.com/andrewmoh/status/2102063690359169132
