Gould stated - "We will have a final rule out by November." The PPSI framework, outlined in NPRM Bulletin 2026-3, creates a federal charter specifically designed for stablecoin issuers.

$SOL is the more established ecosystem today.
It has much deeper liquidity, around 5.7B in DeFi TVL, roughly 15.7B in stablecoins, and significantly more trading activity and institutional adoption.
$SUI is much smaller, with around 460M in TVL, but that also means it has more room to grow if adoption continues.
Its ecosystem is still expanding around DeFi, stablecoins and onchain trading.
So I see them differently:
$SOL = more established, lower execution risk.
$SUI = earlier stage, potentially higher upside but also higher risk.

¿Para qué sirve? Para que un agente pueda pagar por datos, consultas o servicios digitales utilizando XRP y tokens como RLUSD en XRP Ledger. 🤖
Y hay un detalle importante: las sesiones de pagos continuos ya funcionan con XRP. Su extensión a stablecoins todavía está pendiente.
El software sigue en beta. Esto no significa que todos los comercios de Stripe acepten XRP ni demuestra adopción masiva.
Pero abre una puerta interesante: que XRP no solo se negocie, sino que el software lo utilice para pagar mientras trabaja.
