Woven Matter 0.2.0 equips all of your agents with tools to work across your workspace. Agents can now coordinate work between conversations, schedule follow-ups, and use more of the information you keep in Woven Matter. You can give them access to the notes, calendar events, user data, and conversations. This includes all the conversations you have across all of your agents in Woven Matter. You can allow or restrict access across your account or by conversation, and change those permissions at any time.

New capabilities

- Give agents access to your workspace. Ask an agent to find and edit notes, look up past conversations, manage calendar events, or read your recorded usage. The new Tools menu lets you turn each capability on or off for a conversation.

- Let conversations work together. An agent can start another conversation, send it work, and follow its progress—even when it uses a different agent. Replies show where messages came from, and you can see and end coordination from the conversation controls.

- Schedule a follow-up. Ask an agent to return to a conversation later or on a recurring schedule. You can edit, pause, or remove these timers. They survive restarts and run while Woven Matter is open.

- Recover earlier document versions. Notes, spreadsheets, and HTML documents now have version history. Preview an earlier version and restore it, including changes made before an agent’s edit.

- Send files to remote agents. Files selected in the attachment picker are copied to your managed remote workspace when you send the message, where the selected agent supports attachments.

Improvements and fixes

- Conversations remember their model, thinking, permission, and tool selections when reopened. Permission choices match what each agent supports. New conversations with supported agents default to Full access unless you have a saved permission default; existing conversations keep their policy.

- Long responses with rich formatting scroll more smoothly. Working with large spreadsheets is more responsive.

- Grok’s background-agent messages no longer appear mixed into the main reply.

- Woven Matter’s background credential checks no longer interrupt you with authorization prompts. Credential access controls now sit at the bottom of General settings.

- Fixed a shutdown hang that could stop an in-app update from completing.
