The idea is straightforward: exposure to rented apartments without buying an entire property or managing tenants.

Rent after costs stays in the vault. They’ll publish what each apartment paid every month, including late payments and empty units.

I’m bullish on this use case.

You don’t need to be deep in crypto to understand why someone would want a share of rental income.

I may not have a massive green pnl over the last 30 days, but that's fine.

You don't need to win big every single day or week to win big.

By continuing to just sit and stack positions, I've managed to avoid buying a lot of tops on trendy coins and over-rotating and chopping my positions up during the recent volatility.

The pool gives aUSD a dedicated market against frxUSD, Frax's Treasury-backed stablecoin, on Fables, the dynamic-fee DEX built for tokenized markets on Robinhood Chain:

→ Direct swaps between aUSD and frxUSD → Cleaner execution between the two → A one-step route from frxUSD into aUSD and the broader Arrow ecosystem → A direct line from aUSD into a redeemable, Treasury-backed dollar

Robinhood opened up securities margin to retail equities investors. Arrow is bringing that concept onchain: making the growing universe of tokenized stocks and crypto-native assets on Robinhood Chain financeable.

That only works if the dollar at the center is liquid across the ecosystem.

aUSD is built to be that dollar: the shared liquidity layer linking tokenized stocks, stablecoins and crypto-native assets as Robinhood Chain grows.

We're not growing TVL for its own sake. We're growing the number of assets that can be financed through Arrow, the amount of aUSD in circulation and the depth of the markets around it.

More collateral creates more borrowing. More borrowing creates more aUSD. More aUSD creates deeper liquidity. Deeper liquidity makes aUSD more useful, which brings in more collateral.
