## @ekinoks_26 (e_camli) · 09-15 12:00 · ♥81 ↻0 💬94 Ethereum Sepolia, Base, and Arbitrum Sepolia. That's the exact three-chain set @FlutonIO chose for testnet, and the selection wasn't random.
Ethereum is where the deepest liquidity and the most conservative institutional capital sits, the chain any privacy claim has to prove itself on first. Base is where retail volume and consumer-facing DeFi activity concentrated fastest in 2025 and 2026, the chain where a confidential payment or swap feature actually gets used by regular people rather than sophisticated traders. Arbitrum is the rollup with the deepest existing DeFi ecosystem outside mainnet itself, Aave, GMX, and dozens of protocols already running production volume that a Confidentiality Adapter needs to prove it can wrap without friction.
Three different liquidity profiles, three different user bases, one testnet covering all three simultaneously. That's a harder testing surface than picking one chain and expanding later. It also means the Confidentiality Adapter's cross-chain behavior got validated against real differences in gas economics, block times, and existing protocol density from day one instead of discovering those differences after committing to a single chain's assumptions.
Choosing the hardest combination of chains to test against first is a slower path to a testnet launch. It's also the reason expanding to the next chain becomes an incremental step rather than a redesign. https://x.com/ekinoks_26/status/2099830601599660420
## @ManLyNFT (ManLy) · 09-15 13:43 · ♥93 ↻7 💬36 A few days ago someone in my family asked me a very simple question:
“So… what do you actually do?”
I opened my mouth.
Then realized I had absolutely no idea how to explain my life to a normal person.
“Well, I work with crypto projects.”
Okay.
“What kind of projects?”
This is where things started going downhill.
Sometimes exchanges.
Sometimes DeFi.
Sometimes NFTs.
Sometimes I spend 40 minutes looking at a picture of a frog because apparently the frog has become culturally important overnight.
They just stared at me.
Fair enough.
Then came the obvious question:
“And people pay you for this?”
Yes.
Sometimes.
This somehow made the conversation even worse.
A few years ago, I would’ve probably struggled to explain what a blockchain was.
Now I can casually have a serious conversation about liquidity, token unlocks and onchain activity…
and five minutes later argue with strangers online about whether a cartoon animal has meme potential.
Crypto is a very strange career path.
There was no university degree for this.
No clear roadmap.
No one really told us what we were supposed to become.
Most of us just kept following whatever interested us.
One thing led to another.
A random trade led to CT.
CT led to people.
People led to opportunities.
And somehow the weird internet hobby became part of real life.
My family still doesn’t fully understand what I do.
Honestly, some days I’m not sure I do either.
But the bills get paid.
So we’re all pretending this is a normal job now. https://x.com/ManLyNFT/status/2099856670268465314
## @Defi_Warhol (DeFi Warhol) · 09-15 13:14 · ♥82 ↻13 💬33 Which crypto card is most likely to report you to the taxman?
I grouped them into 5 tiers based on public reporting disclosures and compliance signals.
Under DAC8, reporting crypto providers collect EU tax residents' information for activity starting Jan 1, 2026.
Here’s the ranking:
🔴 Tier 1: Explicit reporting disclosures
• Krak Card: DAC8/CARF reporting of customer details and aggregate activity. • Cryptocom Card: Confirms CARF reporting-eligible platform activity and customer information. • Uphold Card: Required information is reported under CARF/DAC8. • Coinbase Card: US reporting is confirmed through Form 1099-DA for qualifying crypto sales and exchanges. This is a separate US regime.
🟠 Tier 2: Strong reporting compliance signals
• Bybit Card: Announced CARF reporting infrastructure with Taxbit covering global and EU entities. • Bitpanda Card: Requires tax identification numbers under DAC8 from January 2026. • Revolut: Identifies EU DAC8 and UK CARF obligations for its crypto services. • Brighty Card: Acknowledges DAC8 reporting of crypto card activity.
🟡 Tier 3: Some signs of reporting, but the details are unclear
Nexo Card, KuCard / KuCoin EU, OKX Card, Deblock, Bleap, Nebeus.
🟢 Tier 4: No confirmations of tax reporting
KAST, Tuyo, etherfi Cash, Plasma One, Gnosis Pay, Wirex, COCA, PAYY, MetaMask Card, Tria, Solflare, RedotPay.
Three main misconceptions I've been seeing lately:
• Self-custody does not automatically exempt the services processing your transactions. • No MiCA licence does mean no DAC8 obligations. • Tax residence matters, not which passport you used to register.
The reporting entity may be the crypto conversion provider behind the card.
Ordinary fiat purchases and the crypto transactions funding them are not the same thing.
No card removes your obligation to declare taxable income or gains.
TL;DR: Pay your taxes. https://x.com/Defi_Warhol/status/2099849297814753300

## @Abba_bakaji_ (𝔸฿฿𝔸𝕂₳ℝ ☠︎☾︎☽︎) · 09-15 11:24 · ♥71 ↻3 💬44 Good Afternoon Fam 🦅
Ravenhood is slowly turning its ecosystem into something much bigger than a token.
What stands out to me is the focus on making locked capital productive.
With Flock Credit, users can access liquidity against veNFT positions instead of simply sitting on locked assets.
Then you have Flock Exchange creating another layer of liquidity and utility around those positions.
That combination is important because sustainable DeFi growth comes from products people can actually use, not just narratives.
Ravenhood is building one layer at a time. 🦅

## @_abgweb3_ (ABG) · 09-15 14:46 · ♥83 ↻3 💬18 I think one of the biggest mistakes people make with @Starknet is still looking at it purely as an Ethereum scaling solution.
The vision has expanded far beyond cheaper transactions.
Starknet is building a ZK powered execution environment where Ethereum security, Bitcoin liquidity, privacy and programmable applications can increasingly exist within the same ecosystem. And there are several pieces making that thesis interesting:
→ STARK proofs provide scalable and verifiable computation → Cairo gives developers a language designed around provable programs → Native account abstraction enables smarter wallets, better UX and more flexible transaction logic → STRK plays a role across gas, staking and governance → Staking is gradually pushing the network toward deeper decentralization → Bitcoin infrastructure is bringing BTC into staking and DeFi through assets such as strkBTC → STRK20 introduces shielded balances and privacy focused transfers → Starknet’s ecosystem already extends across DeFi, gaming, payments, wallets and infrastructure
For me, the Bitcoin side is where the story becomes much bigger.
BTC has enormous liquidity, but most of that capital historically hasn’t had access to the same level of programmability available within Ethereum’s DeFi ecosystem.
Starknet is trying to change that. The goal isn’t simply “bridge BTC and call it BTCFi.”
It’s about creating infrastructure where Bitcoin can participate in staking, swaps, lending, yield strategies and privacy focused applications while ZK technology handles scalable execution. And the roadmap goes even further.
Starknet is working toward higher throughput, decentralized sequencing and proving, deeper privacy infrastructure and ultimately an execution layer capable of settling across both Ethereum and Bitcoin.
Ethereum brings security. Bitcoin brings liquidity. ZK brings scalability and privacy. Starknet is trying to connect all three.
That’s why I think the “just another L2” description is becoming increasingly outdated.
The more interesting question is what Starknet looks like if this entire roadmap actually comes together. https://x.com/_abgweb3_/status/2099872376947146851
