Semis on green days can often be found at the top of a watchlist, but on red days like today at the bottom.
Some advocate building portfolios targeting low volatility and Beta, but I do the opposite.
When you are a long term buy and hold investor, optimizing for short term volatility makes no sense in my opinion.
What I prefer to target is companies and sectors that have the greatest potential for large revenue and earnings growth.
