## @TimmerFidelity (Jurrien Timmer) · 09-16 14:09 · ♥122 ↻17 💬4 The S&P 500 Semiconductor chart suggests that peak earnings growth is imminent. Perhaps this is why valuations are so reasonable and why prices are meandering. Investors are waiting for the shoe to drop. 🧵(1/2) https://t.co/8k8E4TNJRO https://x.com/TimmerFidelity/status/2100225449251000641

Co appears to be entering a phase where multiple growth drivers are working together at the same time. This is important because the company is not dependent on a single product, customer or industry for growth. Instead, several business segments are expanding simultaneously, creating the possibility of meaningful growth in both revenue and profits over the next few years.
The biggest growth trigger is the large capacity expansion underway across all three businesses. The company is adding new manufacturing capacity for temperature sensors, electrical heating solutions and specialized cables. Together, these projects have the potential to add several hundred crores of annual revenue once fully utilized, giving the company a much larger platform for future growth.
Electrical Heating Solutions is emerging as the fastest growing business within the company. Revenue from this segment grew around 149 percent year on year in Q1 FY27, driven by strong demand from oil and gas customers across India, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. A five-year supply arrangement with a life sciences customer adds further visibility, while new products and capacity expansion can keep this momentum going.
The company is also positioning itself in future focused industries such as green hydrogen, battery storage, carbon capture and semiconductors. New generation non contact temperature sensors and medium voltage heaters are being developed for these applications. If adoption picks up as expected, these products could become meaningful growth engines over time.
Exports are becoming a major contributor to growth. Export revenue increased about 78 percent year on year in Q1 FY27 and now forms a much larger share of overall revenue. New operations in Germany and Poland, along with expansion in Southeast Asia and North America, are helping the company access larger markets and diversify beyond India. Additional approvals being pursued in the Middle East could open another export opportunity for the cables business.
Another powerful growth lever is the company's ability to sell multiple products to the same customer. Cross selling revenue has been growing rapidly and now accounts for nearly 60 percent of revenue. As new products are launched, the company can immediately offer them to thousands of existing customers, making growth faster and more efficient.
Customer relationships are becoming stronger and more diversified. The business serves thousands of customers across multiple industries, while dependence on the top ten customers has steadily reduced. This lowers business risk and creates a more stable foundation for long term earnings growth.
A less visible but potentially important trigger is the growing focus on OEM customers. The company is increasingly supplying products to manufacturers in areas such as semiconductor equipment, fuel cells and advanced industrial applications. These relationships can lead to repeat orders for many years as customers scale their businesses.
Management is also building a larger replacement and maintenance business. Unlike project orders that can be irregular, replacement demand tends to recur year after year. This can create a steadier stream of revenue and improve the quality of earnings over time.
The company continues to see healthy opportunities across thermal power, nuclear power, steel and glass industries. These are sectors with high entry barriers and long approval cycles, which can provide strong growth visibility once customer relationships are established.
Technology partnerships, acquisitions, subsidiaries and joint ventures provide another avenue for growth. These initiatives allow the company to enter adjacent product categories, expand globally and gain access to new technologies without relying only on organic growth.
