The Crypto Clarity Act failed to advance in the US Senate today.
That doesn't mean it's all over, but now the chances of approval in 2026 are very low.
Now, there are two big events to look forward to tomorrow.
The Fed's interest rate decision with a 94% chance of a rate hike.
Along with that, the House Committee will vote on advancing the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Bill.
A rate hike is certain, so it won't impact the markets much.
But if Kevin Warsh hints of more hikes, it could nuke the market.
Along with that, if SBR advances tomorrow, it could be a good sign.
