我常说：选择比努力更重要。选择，代表我拥有掌控自己方向的机会。我清楚这世界比我努力、比我优秀的人实在太多。而我只是在对的时间成了那个对的人，Bitget 大中华区负责人。当然打铁还需自身硬，如果机会给了我，但自身根基不足、安于躺平、不愿进取，也根本抓不住这份机遇。
我的目标是让 Bitget 成为华语用户的三大选择之一。我想我已经完成了大半，剩下的一小半，我相信也正在来的路上。目前 Bitget 是美股衍生品全球第二大市场，占比19.5%；美股RWA 占比7.5%。rTOKEN 成为用户投资美股的最佳选择；外汇、贵金属、大宗商品、指数等TradFi 累计交易2.9亿笔，月交易规模持续突破千亿美元。

2023年 Bitget 重启华语市场推广面临很多困难，彼时大众对我们的印象是“BG 是一家新所、小所” 。为了给用户留下一个新的标签，我们下了很多功夫，包括签约梅西、跟电竞品牌合作、跟体育竞技合作等等。更重要的是团队总是冲在一线跟用户交流、分享、解决问题。
近两年 Bitget 持续发力，我们做到全球第四，成为华语新三大。过程并不轻松，但也享受一路以来被用户鞭策、被更强大的友商关注、被更优秀的交易所团队卷。
很多从业者和媒体人认为 BG 是华为，因为太卷。其实我们并不做没有意义的内卷，而是希望拿出最好的态度、产品和服务让用户体验。因为，明天不是区块链的节奏。
