The campaign ends on September 22, and the main idea behind the mechanic is becoming clearer: what matters is not simply taking part, but how you perform relative to everyone else.
There are only 500 GTD spots available.
That turns regular social activity into a competition for a limited outcome. Every action matters in the context of your overall position rather than existing on its own.
The Social Score threshold is set at 100. Once you reach it, the next challenge is holding a strong enough position until the finish.
I like the structure of the Race itself.
Hazels connects several different elements into one system: Drops, Pulse, RWA, social activity, and GTD. Instead of separate mechanics, they become part of the same environment where a participant’s contribution gradually shows up in their position.
And the closer we get to September 22, the less room there is for randomness.
The final stage of any race shows the difference between those who simply participated and those who managed to stay in the right zone until the end.
That is exactly where the GTD Race is right now.

我一直觉得trading平台，小韭菜最想要的其实就是一键跟随交易，就像GMGN一样能看到钻石手的操作。
我还记得入行在@IOSGVC 和同事一起做的第一个项目研究就是 @friendtech, 当时我一开始想的是这个项目只是做一个币圈推特，后面的订阅经济模块出来的时候也并没有激起太大的水花，但friendtech的确也让socialfi实实在在的火了一把。
讲 friendtech 的原因是它是 SocialFi + DeFi 的结合体，但主要突出的是Social性质，但币圈的人对social已经有一个成熟的twitter平台了，且私域大家都会选择去tg。
But，SmartX回归初衷，我们小韭菜来币圈并没有宏大理想叙事要建设币圈，他们要做的是真正的从应用层走向“消费者交易网络” Consumer Trading Network。
设想，如果你想找一个符合你的交易策略且你会愿意跟随他一起交易的人： 1. 高度垂直化，比如说专门在预测市场赌球的； 2. 交易纪律高的； 3. 系统化分析：通过定量或结构化的定性分析模型来估算概率，而非仅凭感觉看新闻。
SmartX大概率会给出这样的一个交易员的账号信息，并直接在SmartX的平台上一键跟随交易，不用一边看这个平台，一边去跨链操作，省心省时省gas fee。
看了一下官网，总结一下他们的核心规划：
1. 从应用层走向消费者交易网络
SmartX 不仅止步于社交前端交易终端，未来旨在构建全套以用户体验为核心的交易网络。
2. 创作者经济与收益共享 建立交易员变现闭环：优质交易员通过分享基于真实持仓的交易观点（Opinions），提升 Leaderboard 排名并获取粉丝量，最终参与平台交易手续费与流量的收益分成，实现“影响质现”。
3. 全品类流动性聚合进一步接入多端链上资产，涵盖更多预测市场事件、外汇、RWA（代币化美股等）及衍生品，成为 Web3 用户的全能资产交易第一入口。
说实话，我会很期待SmartX最终给大家呈现的平台是什么样子的，目前还在waitlist阶段，去了社群看到说9月21日就会宣布具体平台alpha上线时间。大家可以多关注一下！早期加入看看空头机制是什么！

The time has come for me to shift efforts from perp-trading on 20+ platforms to put my knowledge and experience into growing one.

This feels like the perfect time to go all-in on RWAs whether it is in memecoins and the rise of projects like Pons/Stonk or perps or yield products or anything else
I think perps are one of the product sectors that stand to gain the most due to factors like 24/7 trading, the rise of institutional adoption globally, and the opportunity for people with crypto to diversify holdings without offramping. There will be multiple winners and I believe it will be positive-sum due to the growing pie of on-chain trading volume.
That being said, I think QFEX stands to be an industry leader given the team's background at quant shops like Citadel, the live offerings, the pace at which the team ships/implements feedback, and even the finer details such as investment from Paul Graham (one of Silicon Valley's legendary investors and founder of YC)
