What makes this collection interesting to me isn’t simply that it’s a free NFT. It’s the technology behind each piece.
Built on QVRF, Quip’s quantum verifiable random function, every artwork is seeded using real quantum hardware, then brought fully onchain and made independently verifiable.
That gives the NFT a deeper meaning in my view. It’s not just something generated from an algorithm and stored onchain — the randomness itself comes from the physical world of quantum computing.
I’ve been following Quip through the node journey, testnet and everything leading toward mainnet, so seeing quantum technology actually becoming something people can interact with and own onchain feels like a meaningful step.
