Only audio is uploaded. Uploaded audio and processed audio are automatically deleted within 24 hours. A completed MP4 is held only in that browser for up to 24 hours so the video never uploads. Download it promptly: clearing site data, closing a private session, browser storage eviction, or using another browser or device can remove the local copy.

Yes, if you request it within seven calendar days and the minute pack is completely unused. Once paid processing starts, the pack is considered used. Technical failures restore the affected minutes automatically. Results vary by source mix, so dissatisfaction with a complex source after processing starts is not by itself refundable.
