That's even under the average jump (close-open) move of 7.5%. Last quarter implied was 10.8%. This is the only large cap Semi/AI/Memory stock reporting until Oct 13th-14th so I'd imagine this is the catalyst for the next leg in those names. I don't follow the stock closely but given it's the only name in those sectors that will give the market any sort of reality check, I find it rather interesting that the market is underapplying the earnings move. Whether the stock realizes the full move or not, I think this should be higher. You do however have the lowest 20d realized vol in over a year.
