2026 has been brutal for on-chain money.

April 1: Drift on Solana lost $285M in 12 minutes.

April 18: Attackers drained $292M of rsETH from Kelp’s bridge, used it as collateral on Aave and borrowed roughly $190M in ETH.

Aave itself wasn’t hacked yet $8.45B left the protocol within 48 hours and DeFi TVL dropped $13B in two days.

September 24: Bitget lost $351.6M from its hot wallets and paused withdrawals.

The exploit takes minutes but damage can spread for hours and leave a devastating impact

I built NOCK for those hours.

NOCK watches the vaults, yield dollars, and lending markets where people park capital across Ethereum, Arc and Robinhood Chain using live @nansen_ai data.

Instead of using one generic threshold, NOCK measures every venue against its own normal behavior.

When wallets start leaving unusually fast NOCK detects a run.

When suspicious or stolen collateral starts spreading into lending markets, NOCK detects contagion.

We replayed the Kelp incident using Nansen data.

NOCK’s contagion alarm fired at 17:42 UTC 78 minutes before major WETH lenders rushed to exit.

On Stream xUSD the run alarm fired 7 days before withdrawals froze.

But detecting risk isn’t enough.

NOCK can act.

You place your deposit behind a small guard contract controlled by your wallet.

If NOCK raises an alarm on that vault, a keeper can call exit() and return the funds directly to your wallet.

That is the only action the keeper is allowed to perform.

I tested the full flow on Arc testnet:

Deposit → drill → alarm → exit → funds back home → Telegram transaction alert.

NOCK also adds a safety layer for copy trading.

Before copying a wallet, you can see who entered first and whether early wallets sold into the traders who followed.

This week on Solana, NOCK identified 25 early wallets selling into buyers who arrived after a smart trader’s entry.

And agents can use all of this too.
