The GHOST campaign caught my attention because the entry wasn’t simply “connect your wallet and mint.”

You actually had to pay attention, catch the Ghost in the video, pause at the right moment, and submit the screenshot with your Robinhood Chain wallet.

That small detail makes the experience feel different.

And with Ghost Eggs, Fantoms, and rare Ghosts having distinct roles in the ecosystem, the part I’m most curious about is what happens after the entry.

Not making assumptions about rarity or value I just want to see what the Ghost I caught eventually reveals.

Die US-Börsenaufsicht hat am Donnerstag den Handel mit tokenisierten US-Aktien freigegeben. Fünf Jahre befristet, an Bedingungen geknüpft, und damit liefert eine Behörde, was der Senat diese Woche nicht geschafft hat. Den Schlüssel zu dieser Adresse hält weder die Börse noch du.

WAS IN DER VERORDNUNG STEHT

Handelsplätze dürfen tokenisierte Aktien über automatische Marketmaker und Liquiditätspools handeln, ohne sich als Börse zu registrieren. Paul Atkins, der Chef der SEC, nennt es das digitale Zeitalter der Kapitalmärkte, Vlad Tenev von Robinhood feiert sofortige Abwicklung, Handel rund um die Uhr und Stückelung als Normalfall. Der Token muss die echte Aktie eins zu eins hinterlegen, mit Dividende und Stimmrecht, synthetische Nachbauten bleiben draußen. Der Emittent hat dreißig Tage, der Tokenisierung seiner eigenen Aktie zu widersprechen, und der Widerspruch beendet den Handel. Die Smart Contracts laufen öffentlich und prüfbar auf einer permissionless Chain, wer dort handeln darf, bestimmt trotzdem der Handelsplatz. Wird die Aktie an ihrer Heimatbörse angehalten, steht auch dein Token still.

WAS DAS FÜR DEIN DEPOT HEISST

Eine Behörde erlaubt hier, was ein Gesetz hätte erlauben sollen. Gestern habe ich geschrieben, dass der Behördenweg vor allem den Großen nützt, weil Anwälte und Termine den Zugang entscheiden. So sieht der erste Vollzug aus: US-Firma, kontrollierte Teilnehmer, DeFi ausgenommen, Symbolzahl und Volumen an den Limit-up- und Limit-down-Stufen. Welche Aktie du dort siehst, entscheidet der, der diese Auflagen erfüllt.
