## @lite_saylor (Saylor Lite) · 09-18 04:31 · ♥53 ↻12 💬3 Litecoin isn’t trying to be another Bitcoin anymore. ⚡🥈
Look at the FULL stack:
⛏️ Litecoin — PoW + 84M hard cap 🥷 MWEB — optional privacy & fungibility ⚙️ LitVM — EVM smart contracts + DeFi 🔬 ZK infrastructure 🌉 Trustless LTC bridging 💵 Stablecoins, RWAs & tokenization ⚡ Thousands of TPS + sub-cent fees targeted
Ethereum has DeFi. Solana has speed. Monero has privacy. Bitcoin has hard money.
Litecoin is attempting to combine pieces of ALL FOUR.
The question isn’t whether $LTC replaces them.
The question is: what happens if Litecoin becomes programmable without sacrificing what made Litecoin valuable in the first place?

## @solana_daily (Solana Daily) · 09-18 04:00 · ♥53 ↻4 💬5 $300M CHAD offering could become another SOL buying engine
DeFi Development Corp. just opened an ATM program allowing it to sell up to 30M CHAD preferred shares, representing up to $300M in stated value.
A portion of the net proceeds is expected to be used to acquire solana:So11111111111111111111111111111111111111112, alongside working capital and other strategic initiatives.
If the full $300M capacity is eventually utilized, it could provide DeFi Development with substantial additional capital to expand its SOL treasury.
The CHAD preferred shares initially carry a 13% annual dividend, meaning the company would face a significant financing cost if the full offering were issued and remained outstanding.
But the bigger picture is what matters.
DeFi Development already reported 2.39M SOL and SOL equivalents as of Sept. 11. Another large financing channel gives the company more flexibility to accumulate SOL without relying entirely on common-stock issuance.
This creates another potential feedback loop for @solana: Capital raised → SOL purchased → larger SOL treasury → stronger Solana treasury narrative → more institutional exposure to SOL.
It also shows how public companies are increasingly building financial structures specifically around holding SOL.
The $300M is a maximum offering capacity, not money already raised, and the actual amount used to buy SOL remains unknown.
Still, if even a meaningful portion eventually flows into SOL, CHAD could become another source of structural demand for Solana. https://x.com/solana_daily/status/2100796960567693372
