## @loveada_ (RichFish) · 09-17 00:00 · ♥116 ↻6 💬32 最近在看 RWA 项目，我越来越觉得，真正值得关注的可能不只是“什么资产被搬上链了”。
更重要的是，这些资产上链之后，能不能进一步被做成真正可配置的金融产品。
传统金融为什么能承接这么大的资金，很大程度上就是因为有 ETF、结构性票据、固定收益、市场中性策略这些产品，把不同的风险收益结构直接交给投资者选择。
所以我最近在关注 @CityProtocolHQ。
City Protocol 做的不是单一策略，而是链上结构性产品的发行与运营层。 它的旗舰产品 Venzo，可以理解成面向用户的产品入口：用稳定币申购，持有专业管理人运行的策略，再按净值赎回。 这个方向的想象空间其实不小。
全球 ETF 规模已经达到 23.1 万亿美元，而目前链上 RWA 规模大约只有 419 亿美元，两者相差非常大。
当然，这不意味着链上一定会复制传统金融的市场规模。
但它至少说明了一件事：
链上真正缺的，可能不是更多资产，而是把资产、策略和资金连接起来的产品层。
City Protocol 现在做的事情，刚好在这个位置。
目前平台 TVL 已经接近 4,000 万美元，而且已经有产品实际运行。
比如 Delta-Neutral Prime USD，本质上不是赌单边行情，而是通过市场中性策略去赚取资金费率、期现价差、流动性等收益来源，尽量把方向性风险压低。
我觉得这比单纯看一个 APY 更有意思。
因为如果未来越来越多稳定币开始寻找“相对可预测、无需自己频繁择时”的收益方式，真正有价值的就不只是某一个 Vault，而是谁能持续把专业策略产品化，并把这些产品分发给链上的资金。
City Protocol 目前累计融资 1,100 万美元，投资方包括 Dragonfly、Jump Crypto、Stratified Capital、CMT Digital 等。
而现在正好进入 Polis Points Season 2：
9 月 1 日—9 月 30 日
这次比较关键的一点是：
Genesis 加成在 9 月 1 日归零重置。
也就是说，Season 2 相当于重新给了一批早期参与者进入更高 Genesis 档位的机会。
当然，积分本身不代表 $CT 的分配承诺，也不代表任何固定回报。
所以我不会把这件事简单理解成“刷积分等空投”。
我更想观察的是另一件事：
在 $CT TGE 之前，City Protocol 能不能把结构性产品这件事真正做起来。
如果 RWA 的第一阶段是把资产搬上链，那么下一阶段更值得期待的，也许是：
把资产变成产品，再让产品进入普通人的 Portfolio。
这也是我目前觉得 @CityProtocolHQ 比单纯做一个 RWA 资产映射更值得看的地方。
