## @circle (Circle) · 10-01 18:00 · ♥70 ↻13 💬12 Circle has submitted its response to the European Commission’s MiCA Review Consultation.

Our feedback draws on two years of experience operating USDC and EURC under MiCA, with a focus on strengthening Europe’s role as a dynamic, liquid stablecoin market.

In the response, we address: → Multi-issuance for global stablecoin liquidity → Longer-term equivalence and recognition for foreign stablecoins → Reserve requirements focused on safety and liquidity

## @AleoHQ (Aleo) · 10-01 16:02 · ♥41 ↻10 💬13 USDCx on Aleo is now live in the Ledger Wallet™ app 🎉

@Ledger and Aleo come together to bring private stablecoins to a mainstream hardware wallet for the first time.

USDCx on Aleo is a dollar-denominated stablecoin built on Aleo.

For years, holding meaningful value onchain has meant a tradeoff between security and privacy.

Blockchain analytics, exchange records, and behavioral patterns make it increasingly straightforward to connect an address to the person behind it 🔎

Once that link is made, every balance and transaction attached to it is permanent.

Moving to a centralized exchange solved public visibility by trading away ownership.

Self-custody removes that custodial risk, but if your address is public, your balance and transaction history stay visible to anyone who finds it.

Until today, it hasn't been possible to achieve both hardware cold storage and privacy.

Now, every transaction is confirmed and signed on your Ledger device's secure screen, while amounts, sender, and receiver stay private.

Your keys stay offline, and your balance stops being public information.

nOPAL gives you exposure to credit card receivables settled on those networks.

Borrow stablecoins against it on @Morpho, curated by @AerieCapital, or @Kamino, and tap into the expanding onchain utility of Plume Vaults. https://x.com/plumenetwork/status/2105725679748988965

## @TheShortBear (THE SHORT BEAR) · 10-01 18:04 · ♥41 ↻6 💬9 The FED is telling you using blockchain, in this case treasuries backed stablecoins have fully offset Chinese treasury selling.

I can’t begin to explain how important crypto/blockchain will be in this next chapter.

Both from the consumer perspective and for the USA as a country trying to retain its reserve currency status.

Keep in mind this is just stables, now think US listed equities available to the world, tokenized debt funds and alike.

This is the next mega liquidity injection and currency/treasury support plan.

Nothing comes close to Blockchain right now to provide a path forward.

The US has every incentive, even more than any other country through the reserve status, to push blockchain tech forward. > 引用 @sffed: A new Economic Letter highlights that stablecoin issuers' Treasury holdings have grown more than $200B in five years, helping offset the decline in China's holdings. https://t.co/F6axYt4YKR https://t.co/B2CdXNbghI https://x.com/TheShortBear/status/2105720599029146045
