Alex works for the human rights foundation and is one of btc's biggest advocates. We intv'd him for our upcoming book Both Sides of Coin and it was eye-opening some of the things he said and things he's seen eg ("Fewer than 10% of humans live in strong liberal democracies with robust free markets and property rights"). Being used to store value and evade censorship in authoratarian inflation-ridden countries is also what 'evolved' Larry Fink towards ETF filing.
