Microsoft Lunduke is talking nonsense, as usual.
Anyone who goes to DistroWatch will see that his pile of trash (somebody else's operating system with some 'branding' tossed on top of it to "make a point") is not even in the top 100. DistroWatch is being gamed (short-term page counter) by the 4Chan cretins that Microsoft Lunduke whistles or whispers to.
Linspire used to send people to 'its' DistroWatch page to make the illusion of popularity. It was done by configuring the browser to achieve this. Linspire's actions got Ladislav Bodnar's attention and he intervened.
That was like 2 decades ago. In 2006 we also made our own distro. It was called Sueme Linux (sounds like SUSE) and was available for a year or two. It was made to "make a point", so like all distros made for such a purpose (like Glimpse versus GIMP) it wasn't meant to last. █
