DigiTimes says increases could be larger for 2nm and 3nm, where demand is running ahead of supply.

Supply-chain sources say:

• 8-inch utilization is above 100% • Sub-45nm capacity is fully loaded • Orders are visible through 2030 • Arizona pricing remains elevated due to higher manufacturing costs

The demand is being driven by AI-related GPUs, ASICs, HBM, power chips, controllers, analog, sensors, optics and advanced packaging.
