Twelve South released AirFly Drive, a $39.99 accessory that converts wired CarPlay to wireless CarPlay using Wi-Fi. The compact aluminum device plugs into a vehicle's USB port, requires no app or charging, and supports automatic reconnection and switching between two paired iPhones.
T-Mobile is launching T-Mix, a new three-tier mobile plan system with Standard ($65), More ($85), and Loaded ($105) tiers, along with an Essentials Saver 3.0 option. The plans feature varying amounts of premium data and hotspot, with pricing generally aligned to existing Experience plans but with the Standard tier capping accounts at 6 lines.
